ドイツからの留学生、Yuto Lucas Kunz (ユウト・ルーカス・クンツ)くんにインタビューしました。 

1. Where are you from?　（出身はどこですか。）

Berlin, Germany (but half Japanese)

ドイツのベルリン出身です。（ドイツと日本人のハーフです。）

2. When did you come to Japan?　（いつ日本に来ましたか。）

March 2024

　2024年の3月に来ました。

3. How is your life in OYG?　（OYGでの生活はどうですか。）

Great! I have made a few friends and can talk to them in Japanese. I also understand more and more over time and if I don't understand something, the teachers help me.

　最高です。それなりの数の友達ができて、日本語での会話もできます。だんだん日本語が分かるようにもなってきて、もし分からないことに出会っても、先生たちが助けてくれます。

4. What is your favorite subject in OYG?　（OYGでのお気に入りの科目は何ですか？）

Of course, I won't lie. English classes are among my favorites because I understand everything, but of the lessons taught in Japanese, I enjoy geography. I have interest in it and learning it in Japanese is different but fun.

　正直に言うと、内容を全部理解できるから英語の授業が好きです。日本語の授業の中で言うと、地理が好きです。僕は地理に興味があるので、日本語での勉強は難しいけど楽しいです。

5. What is the biggest difference between OYG and your school in your country?　（OYGと出身国の高校における一番の違いは何ですか。）

There are a few big differences. First of all, wearing a school uniform was new to me. Also, this school only has high school students whereas my school in Berlin has grades 7 to 13. Also, here we have 50 minutes lessons with a ten-minute break, but in Berlin we have 45 minute lessons with a five-minute break, so we have more lessons in one day.

　大きな違いがいくつかあります。一つ目として、制服を着るのは初めてでした。それと、ベルリンの母校には７年生から１３年生がいますが、OYGには高校生しかいません。その上、日本では授業時間が1コマ50分で休憩時間が10分設定されていますが、ベルリンは授業時間が45分で休憩時間が5分です。そして、日本より多くの授業が1日にあります。

6. What is your favorite Japanese food?　（お気に入りの日本食は何ですか。）

It has to be sushi.

寿司かな。

7. What is your favorite place in Japan?　（お気に入りの日本の場所はどこですか？）

Hokkaido, where my Japanese family lives.

　北海道です。日本の家族がそこに住んでいます。

8. Message to Japanese people　（日本人へ一言メッセージを。）

Learn English. It will only help you in life.

　英語を勉強しましょう。人生で絶対に役に立ちます。
